Mailbox Wonders is designed for children ages 3-12. We customize content based on your child's specific age to ensure activities and reading materials are age-appropriate and engaging. Younger children (3-5) receive more picture-based content, while older children (9-12) get more advanced reading materials and activities.

You can choose between monthly or bimonthly (every 2 months) deliveries. Monthly subscribers receive 12 themed mailings per year, while bimonthly subscribers receive 6 extra-packed mailings. Both options can be changed at any time through your account portal.

Absolutely! You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. For ongoing subscriptions, simply cancel before your next billing date. For prepaid plans, you can pause deliveries and resume when you're ready. No questions asked, no hassle.

We currently ship to all 50 US states. Shipping is free for all subscriptions! Mailings are typically delivered within 5-7 business days of each billing period. International shipping is coming soon - sign up for our newsletter to be notified!

When you subscribe, you'll tell us about your child's interests (like space, dinosaurs, animals, etc.). We use this to match themes to what excites them most. You can update interests anytime, and we'll adjust future mailings accordingly. Each mailing is a surprise, but always tailored to what your child loves!

Mailbox Wonders makes an amazing gift! During checkout, you can select the gift option to ship to a different address. You can include a personalized message and choose whether to hide pricing from the recipient. Grandparents, aunts, uncles - it's the gift that keeps giving all year!

We want you to love Mailbox Wonders! If you're not satisfied with your first mailing, contact us within 30 days for a full refund. For prepaid plans, we'll prorate refunds for any unshipped mailings. Damaged or missing items? We'll replace them right away, no questions asked.

Yes! You can add multiple children to your account, each with their own subscription customized to their age and interests. Mailings are addressed to each child individually - making mail time even more special. Each subscription is billed separately so you have full flexibility.
